Create new account

The email address is not made public. It will only be used if you need to be contacted about your account or for opted-in notifications.
Several special characters are allowed, including space, period (.), hyphen (-), apostrophe ('), underscore (_), and the @ sign.
Enter the passphrase given by the study coordinator. This passphrase is used to prevent unsolicited user registration.
There are 8 centers: 1 = TUMS, 2 = A, 3 = B....

After clicking on the button "Create new user account", an e-mail with a confirmation link will be sent to you. By clicking on this link, you will then confirm the correctness of your e-mail and your account will be activated. If you will not find an e-mail in your mailbox, also check your SPAM folder and, if necessary, put the sender's address webmaster@iran.canreduce.ch on your whitelist.

After successful activation, you will complete a series of entry questionnaires.
